Vendors: How do I adjust available QTY for my promotion?


Please reach out to your Account Manager ASAP so we can make the proper adjustments on our end.

In your Quantity Adjustment Request please include the following: 

  • Link to your promotion
  • # of units you would like to add or subtract from the promotion
  • The new total of units available to StackCommerce for this promotion
  • If you're adding units, include shipping lead time for those additional units
