Skillwise: Do I need to provide customer service to students?


StackCommerce's in-house Customer Support Advocates manage all fulfilment and redemption processes to ensure that students do not have issues enrolling in and accessing content. Customer Support Advocates handle most student inquiries without the help of Instructors; however if a Customer Support Advocate is unable to answer a reasonable student inquiry, Instructors are responsible for helping said Customer Support Advocate resolve the student inquiry in a satisfactory and timely manner.
