Your Account Executive or Manager is the contact you work with to determine your promotion offerings with StackCommerce. This includes all of the contract negotiations, etc.
Once contracts are signed, you are then introduced to your Production Specialst. From that point on they will be your main point of contact for all payment, asset, and promo performance related inquires.
