When a return is initiated a return label will be generated with an RMA # as highlighted below.
This label will be provided to the customer, and this is how your fulfillment team can identify returns upon receipt back to your return address.
You will receive an email notifying you to any incoming returns, and listing the incoming return RMA #'s for your reference. See below the contents of these emails:
Email Subject: "Today's Return Summary"
REMINDER: Returns will be sent to the return address listed in your partner portal. You can find an FAQ HERE describing how to update this address.
