MANUFACTURING TIME

Calendar Days

The maximum number of days it will take to both manufacture a product and deliver it your warehouse/3PL. If the products are currently available in your warehouse (your ship from location), your manufacturing time = 0 days

LEAD TIME

Business Days

The maximum number of days it will take for you to create + upload tracking information into the Partner Portal from the date of an order.* (This does not include the delivery of the goods to the customer**)

MIN DELIVERY TIME

Calendar Days

The minimum number of days it will take for a product to arrive to a customer once tracking has been created + uploaded into the Partner Portal

MAX DELIVERY TIME

Calendar Days

The maximum number of days it will take for a product to arrive to a customer once tracking has been created + uploaded into the Partner Portal

TURNAROUND TIME (Additional Inventory)

Calendar Days

The maximum number of days it will take to manufacture a product once the STARTING inventory is depleted (e.g. manufacturing time for additional inventory, which is the time it takes to manufacture + deliver the inventory to your warehouse/3PL)

 

  

*Chargebacks (late fees) are automatically calculated off of the lead time. 

**Orders placed on Weekends will populate in the Partner Portal on the following Business Day at 12 AM PST.
