How do automatic renewals work?

You will need to collect credit card details during the redemption process to establish automatic renewals.  Once the customer makes their purchase with us, they will receive their redemption assets to access their purchase.  As long as the customer is required to enter their credit card information during their redemption process: there should be no issues with automatic renewals. 

Please make sure you are not charging them additionally as they've already paid per the terms of service.
